If your project is not designed in one of these formats, there's no major need to be concerned. We haven't accepted a job yet we couldn't print from customers files. The important thing to remember is that Mississippi Printing Company uses a PDF workflow solution. Providing us with Properly Prepared PDF Files will save you valuable time and money.

File Transfer Protocol (FTP). . .

Getting your files to Mississippi Printing has never been so easy and convenient. Our high speed File Transfer Protocol saves hours even days off the production time of your project... saving you money. You will find your "File Upload" link on your "My Account" page for convenient file upload of projects once you have created an account. You may also access our file upload site from the convenient link located to the left in our side menu.

Online PDF Proofing. . .

Online proofing with Adobe PDF proofs has become an acceptable alternative to costly and time consuming hard copy proofing. Though there will probably be some color variation from one monitor to the other, any out of the ordinary color deviation can be detected and corrected. We will run your project to standard ink densities achieving what is commonly called "Pleasing Color" in the industry. Once your files have been pre-flighted and prepared for printing, proofs will be posted on the internet for your approval. You will receive an email notification with a convenient link to your proofs. For projects that require more critical attention, hard copy proofs are available and recommended.
