Volume Pricing is a vital part of our online quote system offering discounts whether your project quantity is 1,000 or 100,000. Schedule of Charges:

Upon placement of your order and receipt of the appropriate files for processing, your credit card will be charged $100 or 10% of the project cost which ever is greater. If we are unable to process your files, or if you cancel your order before we post a proof, your deposit will be refunded. If we find problems with your proof(s) or files, you can either send us a corrected file with an additional $50.00 processing fee, or have us make the corrections for you. Once you approve your proof(s), your account will be charged for the balance of the project total. If final proof approval is not made within 15 days of placing your order due to delays on the part of the customer, the balance must be paid insuring that your project pricing does not increase. At this time, you may cancel the order forfeiting the deposit and paying for any additional services provided not covered by the deposit. 

File Preparation and Correction Charges:

All pricing is based on the assumption that the files provided are accurate and properly prepared for the printing process. In the event we find errors in your file or that the file has been improperly prepared, we  will provide you with the guidance to correct any problem you may have. If you prefer that we make the changes or corrections to your file, an additional fee of $60.00 per hour (1 hour minimum) will apply plus the additional $50.00 processing fee.

Design Program Issues:

The easiest and most efficient graphic arts programs for us to work with is Quark Express, PageMaker, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Other programs we work with regularly are Publisher, Corel, and Word. These programs are not printer friendly and usually incur additional charges to make them "print ready". We won't know until we get your files and pre-flight them.

Mississippi Printing is committed to providing the best possible service. Our Priority Service is exactly that. Priority Service. Company Policy:

OVER/UNDER POLICY: Due to the unpredictable nature of the manufacturing process, it is our policy that a 10% over run or a 10% under run constitutes delivery of your order. This is a widely accepted practice in the Graphics Arts Industry. It is our policy to accommodate our customers as best we can. However, in the event an under run does occur, within these standards, the order will be considered complete and billed accordingly. If an exact quantity is needed to fulfill a mailing or some other project, it is recommended you order 10% more to insure you will have enough for the project.

ACCURACY/PROOFING POLICY: It is understood that the accuracy of any corrections authorized by the customer yet made by Mississippi Printing shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Mississippi Printing will not assume responsibility for input errors made either by Mississippi Printing or the customer once final customer approval is given. It is important that you examine your proof, in every aspect, very carefully.

Freight Charges:

Our preferred method of shipping is by UPS until the weight/cost ratio becomes a factor. We then turn to a common carrier for more efficient costing. Freight estimates are calculated based on the destination zip code to insure accurate costing. We don't just add a catchall price for freight. Our system is programmed for actual cost.
