Just how does all this work?

Below you will find a brief description of each utility displayed on the link bar above and how you will benefit from each. Properly used in totality, our print management utilities package will save you a lot of headache, time and money. Once you enter your account page it's like being in your very own private office. All utilities are custom designed for you and your company. Review Quote Records

Simple enough! Because you have chosen to establish an online account with Mississippi Printing Company, you will never have to worry about keeping up with what was this quote or what was that quote and better yet...where is that quote we got on this last printing job. None of that any more. When you click on "Review Quote Records", your quote record index will appear. From here you can find any quote you have received online or any custom quote you have requested online. You can re-quote quotes, clone quotes for faster response, or even delete quotes that are outdated or just in the way. You have total control. All of you quote records are neatly saved to your index for future review or to order from.

Enter Order

When you are ready to place and order from an existing quote just click on Enter Order. From the Quote Record Index, select the project you wish to order and click on the adjacent Quote Record button. Upon reviewing the Quote Record, select the appropriate quantity and click on the Order Button and follow the instructions.

Review Job Records

Once you order a project from a quote record, it then becomes a job and all information will be stored in your job record index. Once a quote becomes a job, it will no longer appear in your quote record index. When you click on "Review Job Records", your job record index will appear. From here you can find any job you have placed online complete with all the information imaginable for that job. You can also determine your job's status with our quick reference color coding system. Review Job Status

If you wish to get a more detailed to the minute Job Status report, click on the Job Status button. You can also track all UPS shipments from here.

Rewards Summary

You go here to keep up with your Rewards points. You will find your total points available for redemption and a breakdown of points accumulated from each job.

File Upload (FTP)

No more losing files in the mail or ending up somewhere instead of the printer. Our FTP site puts you at the front door of Mississippi Printing. Conveniently upload your files for processing. We maintain a 1 gigabyte capacity at all times. Your upload speed, of course, is determined by you connection. Even with the slowest connection (dialup) most files can be transferred in a reasonable length of time. When you are ready to transfer some files, just click on "File Upload" and follow the instructions.

Update Account Profile

If something changes in regard to your account information, you can make the appropriate changes to your profile. It is important to keep your Account Profile current to avoid confusion in the ordering process.

Update Company Profile

Pretty much the same here. If something changes in regard to your company information (telephone number, address, etc.), you can make the appropriate changes to the company profile. Again, it is important to keep your Company Profile current to avoid confusion in the ordering process.

Change Password & Login Settings

If you wish to change your password for security or any other reason, this is where you do it. Also, you can choose to be automatically logged in or not.

Review Payment Options

If you wish to review our payment options so you know what to expect in regard to payment, this is where you go. This is a simple overview of our payment policy.

Update Payment Method

Here you can change your method of Payment. By default, accounts are required to pay by credit card. You can up date that information by providing us with the type credit card you will be using or you may change the method to e-check or apply for extended credit terms.
